Pay Maintenance Fees
We offer multiple convenient ways to pay your maintenance fees.
Monthly Bank Draft: have your fees automatically drawn directly from your bank account once a month.
Download the Bank Draft Application >Pay Online: Pay online by logging into your account. Enter your Owner ID, which can be found on your statement, and click on forgot password. When prompted enter your Owner ID and the email address on file with the resort as the password. You will be sent a link to change your password. This is a one time process.
Rent Your Unit
We offer a rental program for anyone who cannot use their time and would like to rent it and have us send you a check for your rental income.
