A few things that our owners/guests should be aware of before your 2022 vacation.

1. Our spa has been refinished. The project took longer than anticipated but the finished product is a beautiful blue gelcoat that will prolong its life.

2. This spring (weather the deciding factor) our main parking lot will be repaired/re-sealed/restriped. All vehicles will have to use the parking lot across the street for a day or so. Walkways will be available for access to the building. Notices will be posted in advance with date of project the week before its beginning. 

3. The elevator project has been tentatively scheduled to begin 1 October 2022 and run as long as March 31, 2023. The following will affect all people entering or leaving the building:

• Only ONE (1) elevator will be operational for the six month period.
• The running elevator will be operated or supervised by a staff member.

There will be plenty of notices and updates as we move closer to these projects. Please check the website often for further information. Updates will also be posted on AtalayaHOA.com
